Parish Keeper: Iberville

The Find A Grave administrators created the idea of "County Keepers" to help them maintain their enormous database (over 20 million records and growing). The job of a Keeper is to collect more information (history, GPS coordinates, cemetery gate photos, etc.) on particular cemeteries located within a certain county (parish). These findings are sent on to the FAG admins, who update the website with the corrections.
In November of 2006 I put in a request to be the Parish Keeper for my native parish of Iberville. My request was accepted, and I am proudly now the official Iberville Parish Keeper for Find A Grave.
To record my updates and changes to the Iberville Parish Cemeteries on FAG, I have included a new category called, naturally, Parish Keeper. Through here, I will be sharing my work and adventures updating and "cleaning up" the Iberville Parish cemetery listings.
