Jason & Daryl

There are two markers here on this stretch of Highway 77, winding along the bayou and through the town of Grosse Tete. An older marker for the same two young boys, friends Jason and Daryl who were hit head-on by a large truck while four-wheeler riding on the highway, sits in front of a newer memorial.
