Terms & Conditions
A $200.00 deposit is required to reserve your wedding date. The balance will be due and payable 2 weeks prior to the wedding day. All items are subject to sales tax.
In the event of postponement or cancellation of the wedding, notification must be given immediately. The deposit will be applied toward services already rendered. The balance of the deposit shall be refunded if notification is given more than 90 days prior to the wedding date.
All negatives, digital files, and copyrights remain the property of Peggy Wiltz Photography©. A written copyright release is given in packages providing a compact disc (CD) with all photos on it.
