Terms & Conditions

$200.00 deposit is required to reserve your wedding date. The balance will be due and payable 2 weeks prior to the wedding day. All items are subject to sales tax.

All travel within a fifty-mile radius of Baton Rouge is at no additional charge. The first 50 miles of travel are free. All travel outside the fifty-mile radius will be charged at $.50 per mile. All out-of-pocket expenses will be borne by the client should the need for long distance travel and/or overnight stay be required.

In the event of postponement or cancellation of the wedding, notification must be given immediately. The deposit will be applied toward services already rendered. The balance of the deposit shall be refunded if notification is given more than 90 days prior to the wedding date.

All negatives, digital files, and copyrights remain the property of Peggy Wiltz Photography©. A written copyright release is given in packages providing a C.D. with all photos on it.
